What is included in the initial consultation?
We do a free initial consultation to see if we are a match for your needs. We listen to your goals and discuss what you are currently doing towards your goals. Then we share our initial thoughts about how we can help. We will present a written proposal within 2-4 business days after the consultation.
Can we hire you without an initial consultation?
We don't recommend this step for new clients - even if you just need graphic design work. It is important that we understand what you are trying to achieve. Even a 30-minute call can greatly enhance the outcome of the product we deliver.
What are your rates?
For most projects, we charge an hourly rate. We are happy to discuss this with you during our initial consultation.
